CLIFF ROSE HOA RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

Residents of Cliff Rose serve the community by volunteering to enhance common areas by cutting and clearing weeds and similar services. One example of such service is the Over the Hill Gang, who have volunteered to trim and clear overgrown areas under the direction of our maintenance director.

As long as work is pre approved y the Maintenance Director (CliffRoseMaintenance@gmail.com), we encourage participation in keeping our community groomed and clean. 

Those who participate in any volunteer efforts in the common areas need to submit the following Release and Hold Harmless Agreement to HOAMCO.  Before embarking on any project, please fill out and submit the form.  If you choose to print the form, it can be mailed or dropped off at the HOAMCO office 3205 Lakeside Village.
