I have been in the Prescott area for 26 years and counting. My business background includes time as an Office Manager, and experience as a Banking Loan Officer.
I have been with HOAMCO for a year and half now and love my job. I strive to be a part of each community that I manage. Contact me first, or stop by my office at 3205 Lakeside Village, with any questions or issues on the Cliff Rose HOA.
On the personal side, I have a 13 year old son, Cameron and my hobbies include hiking, horseback riding…pretty much anything outdoors.
An Arizona native by birth, I lived in Phoenix until I was accepted at Vassar College to pursue a degree in the arts. I then transferred to the University of Arizona where I achieved a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (Business Computer Technology). I was recruited by Chevron Information Technology Corporation (CITC) and worked in Northern California where I met my husband, Robert Sledge, while he was stationed at Travis AFB. I have worked in computer technology as a Programmer and Systems Support Analyst for companies like Bank of America, GreenPoint Credit, as well as San Diego Gas and Electric.
Born and raised in Florida, I lived there until I joined the U.S. Air Force in 1983 and was stationed in Wichita Kansas at McConnell AFB. I started out as a Crew Chief on Helicopters, was quickly promoted into Flight Operations supporting the Titan II missile complex, and later flight operations on the world’s largest transport aircraft: the Lockheed C5. I performed in this duty until my retirement in 2013 from Travis AFB California. During my duty at Travis AFB, I was on the board of directors of a condominium complex where I lived with my wife Catherine Craig. I performed all director positions during a four year period rotating each year as President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.
I am a mid-western boy from Illinois, retired from IBM after a 30-year career in software, hardware, marketing, and management . I then spent several years in Silicon Valley as a consultant to startups, providing first-hand mentoring, funding assistance, and temporary executive roles. I am currently the Founder and CEO of Startup Professionals, a company that provides products and services to startup founders and small business owners. My wife Libby and I moved to the Cliff Rose community in September of 2017, from Fountain Hills, AZ.
I am an Arctic Research scientist at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. My work includes building collaborations for sea ice research with Federal and State agency, and academic partners through the Interagency Arctic Research Collaborations network. Prior to moving to Prescott in 2018, my husband and I owned and renovated homes in Texas, Alaska and Oregon. We have a preschool-age son and two former shelter dogs who love walking through the Cliff Rose neighborhood and the local trails.
I am an upstate New York (Elmira) girl who has worked and moved all around the country. I have a wealth of experience building relationships with teams of professionals in business, including IBM, The Great A&P Tea Co and Hardinge Brothers Inc., as well as previous HOA boards in Morgan Hill, CA, San Jose, CA, and Fountain Hills, AZ. My husband and I moved to Prescott (our final move) in September of 2017, and love the area. I joined the Cliff Rose board as the Social Director in February 2018.
After completing double majors in Family Life and Sociology at Utah State University, I focused on becoming a teacher and later earned my Master’s degree in Psychology from CSU Northridge.
I taught Social Science and Science in Utah, Nevada and California, most recently, teaching AP European History, AP and IB Psychology and advising Mock Trial. As an Instructional Coach and Google Certified Instructor, I taught best practices, digital literacy, and presented at regional and national conferences.
Raised in Utah, I married and raised my family in Newbury Park, CA where I served on the HOA Board and as Architectural Chair for fifteen years. I retired in 2018 and moved to Prescott in 2019. Living in Prescott feels like coming home. I love the natural surroundings, the people and feel so blessed to have landed in Cliff Rose.
I have lived in Prescott for ten years, the last four in Cliff Rose. I am a librarian by trade, and when I first lived here I worked at the Prescott Public Library and the Yavapai County Law Library. My hobbies are hiking and reading. I absolutely love this area and our Cliff Rose neighborhood.
