Cliff Rose Homeowner's Association
A Planned Area Development

We are just a few miles from historic downtown Prescott. Since the 1980’s, our growth has been steady as new homes are added each year. We are currently at approximately 420 homes.

The Cliff Rose Homeowners Association is run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our HOA is managed by HOAMCO, a fee-based professional HOA management company whose functions include escrow processing, rules enforcement, insurance, and treasury. Most of the HOA dues homeowners pay annually, goes towards maintenance of the approximately 23 acres of HOA common area land which includes weed abatement, landscaping, some drainage ditches, and a RV lot.  The streets are maintained by the City of Prescott.

Cliff Rose is a great place to live and to preserve everyone’s enjoyment of our community, we are guided by our CC&Rs Document, Rules and Regulations, and Bylaws. We also have an ARC (Architectural Review Committee), a committee of residents to help you with your building and landscaping needs. A nice perk is that members of the association have access to a resident-only parking facility for RVs at very reasonable rates.

Within our community, residents host various group activities, publish a quarterly newsletter (Quail Trail), sponsor a charity food drive twice a year, and a community-wide garage sale in the fall.

Just to our west is the Adult Center of Prescott which promotes mental, physical and social health.  They offer health and personal improvements classes as well as offering several social activities including dance in the evening.  You can enjoy lunch at their center while you review their calendar of events.

To the west and north we have 2 man-made reservoirs (Watson and Willow Lakes) and the Granite Dells – offering a variety of activities: fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, rock climbing.  See our Activities Page

Prescott enjoys a full four season climate.  We have wonderfully warm summers, colorful falls and just enough snow to thrill before it melts away in a few days.  Neighbors enjoy themselves on hiking trails and kayaking. New Farm-to-Table restaurants as well as the old established restaurants along Whiskey Row are ever inviting.
