New-Proposed CC&R Document:  Over the last 4 years the Cliff Rose Board has been involved in updating the CC&Rs.  Town Hall was held in March of 2020 to obtain homeowner feedback as well as responses to solicited emails.  Changes are reflected in the Summary  below.
