Please select your desired colors from the Cliff Rose approved exterior color ranges.
Warm mid-level to lighter hues which shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape and should be mindful of the colors of the surrounding environment.  The colors should coordinate with other building materials.

Main body house colors must be of a light reflective value (LRV) of 15 - 60.  The color ranges must be in browns, greens, taupes, and grays.

Trim, accent colors, and garage door colors must be of a LRV of 13 - 80.  The color ranges must be in browns, greens, taupes, grays, cremes, and whites.

High contrast color schemes and overly bright colors or overly dark colors, such as black are not acceptable.

Body, trim, accent, and garage colors must be of an approved color(s).  All colors are subject to the Reviewing Body's prior written approval.  If the existing color is outside the approvable color range any painting will need to be completed within the current approved range unless the existing color had been a previously approved color and is approved by the Reviewing Body.  Any paint applied without prior approval is subject to fines and possible repainting of the structures.

For approved requests: all work is required to begin within ninety days of approval and completed within six months of the approval date. If work cannot be completed within six months of the approval date, please submit an Extension Request form to HOAMCO for a new approval.
