
New Home Build - Construction
This approval request form must be accompanied by a plan showing the location of the proposed new home as it relates to adjacent homes and streets. Plans, drawings, permits and samples of materials are required for approval.

The owner will also pay to the Association a refundable construction compliance deposit in the amount of $5,000 for new home construction projects on individual lots. Garages, additions or other major modifications or projects may also require a refundable construction deposit (as determined by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)). Any construction compliance deposit shall be held in a non-interest bearing account, applied and refunded by the Association in accordance with the Association guidelines and current Arizona legislation, less any fees or fines assessed in accordance with said documents. Deposit amounts collected may be adjusted at the discretion of the Board.

For approved requests: all work is required to begin within one year of approval and completed within one year of the approval date. If work cannot be completed within one year of the approval date, please submit an Extension Request form to HOAMCO for a new approval.
